Delivery

  • Orders will leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days.
  • Delivered within 2-4 business days to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, George, Bloemfontein and Polokwane.
  • Delivered within 2-5 business days to Regional and Remote Areas.
  • Please allow an additional 5 business days for personalised product.
  • Personalised orders will be delivered via Standard delivery within South Africa.
  • Orders containing both personalised and non personalised items will be delivered together.
  • Orders will be available to collect in store within 2-4 days.
  • Please note: uncollected orders will be cancelled and refunded after 30 days.

Delivery FAQs

  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a Waybill number that can be used to check your parcel’s progress.
    To track your parcel and get an estimated delivery time, just follow the link in the email.
    Your order will be shipped by The Courier Guy and can be tracked via the TCG Website
  • Our delivery partners may not deliver your order on a public holiday. If your order is placed on a Public Holiday it will not be processed and despatched until the next business day.
  • During National and State specific public holidays or busy sale periods you may experience a delay in receiving your order.

  • All orders sent within South Africa require a signature on delivery. If unable to sign for your order, The Courier Guy will leave a note with instructions to pick up from a designated kiosk.
  • Kawaii Labs will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with the authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and Kawaii Labs will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature.

      • While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
      • If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
      • All orders sent require a signature on delivery.
